All returns firmly are to STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE within 14 days of the date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund to store credit or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. It should be appropriately packed to prevent damage during the return. A purchase receipt is required to process a return. Shipping charges associated with returns, if applicable will be the responsibility of the Customer. Once your return is received and inspected, any refunds if applicable will be applied as store credit. No refunds will be granted back to the customers orignial form of payment outside of a store credit.
