Return Policy

Store credit will be issued for eligible items within 14 days of purchase.

We reserve the right to deny an item for return should it not meet the following policy requirements.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t honor your return/exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it with original tags attached.  If the return is an online purchase it should be appropriately packed to prevent damage during the return. A purchase receipt is required to process a return. Shipping charges associated with returns, if applicable will be the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is received and inspected, any refunds if applicable will be applied as store credit. 

No refunds will be granted back to the customers orignial form of payment outside of a store credit.

All Footwear, Sale and Clearance items are FINAL Sale. Regular priced merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase in original condition with a dated receipt. 

Coupon/Promotion/Reward Dollars Policy- Coupons can not be used on prior purchases and must be used within the valid redemption dates. One coupon per transaction. Reward dollars can not be combined with other promotions.

Coupons/Reward Dollars are forfeited when items are returned and can not be refunded or adjusted to other items on the pervious receipt or future purchases. Coupons are 1 time use only.
